ContactPartners to share customer behaviour expertise at ‘The Future of Retail Banking’

ContactPartners is delighted to announce it will be presenting at this month's The Future of Retail Banking event in London. Director and Co-founder, Russell Hopcraft, is among fellow experts tackling the 'considering changing customer behaviours' session on day two, with his presentation on 'Influencing customer behaviour, one step at a time'. Furthermore, ContactPartners is once again delighted to be an official sponsor for the conference, which will welcome more than 250 international delegates from 29th November to 1st December in St. Pauls, London.

Russell co-founded ContactPartners in 1999 based on a shared vision for creating rewarding customer contact and is proud to have worked with some of the biggest companies in a variety of sectors - including many of the UK's largest retail banks. As Russell takes to The Future of Retail Banking stage, he brings with him decades of experience in how banks can make simple, quick changes to their digital, telephony and branch channels to keep up with the today's customer needs.
