ContactPartners boosts specialist technology and client management teams

ContactPartners has reinforced its client and technical teams with the recruitment of two specialists:

 

Steve Schofield, Senior Project Manager, is a Prince2 Practitioner and is PMP qualified.  Steve's hands-on, project management and team leadership skills, as well as his excellent planning and organisational abilities are being put to good use to serve ContactPartners' impressive client base.  Steve has a track record of providing excellent customer service through the effective application of project management best practice.

Before joining ContactPartners, Steve was Senior Project Manager for OPP Ltd, a specialist psychometric testing consultancy.  From 2000-2009, he was Senior Project Manager for Cirquent - a systems integrator supplying Contact Centre and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.  During this time, Steve project managed high profile engagements for T-Mobile, South East Water, McLaren Automotive, Argos and Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust.

Steve's early career was spent as a Project Engineer developing advanced manufacturing systems for Rover Cars Group, followed by 9 years as Project Manager for AT&T Istel.

 

Adam Smith, Client Support Executive, is an Oxford Mathematics graduate with excellent communication and analytical skills.  Adam excels at - and is passionate about - applying his mathematical skills to solve real-world problems through technical solutions for ContactPartners' client base.  He is highly technically literate, with an impressive knowledge of VBA programming; the full Microsoft suite including Visio and MS Project; SQL server, database and querying knowledge; as well as HTML, XML and ASP.

Prior to joining ContactPartners, from 2009, Adam worked as a Technical Consultant for CORDA (Strategic Capability Solutions, BAE Systems) in Farnborough.  During this time, he created models to aid decision making at all levels within the company and externally.

Whilst studying at Oxford, Adam gained sales and service experience at The Link from 2003-2006, where he sold telecommunications devices and services to individuals and businesses, regularly exceeding his sale targets.
