Research conducted by YouGov and commissioned by Cognito, a
mobile systems integrator, found that 53% of customers are more
likely to buy when given excellent customer service. 59% of
customers will pay a premium for products or services where they
believe they are likely to receive good service. When asked
what type of consumer experiences they would share with others, 82%
of customers responded that they would share a bad experience
compared with 53% who said they would share a good
